Pear Tree House

The brief from the client was to create a luxury large house that can maximise space & value.

A great bit of land that needed a new dwelling, the design team created a design that balances, large garden space, open plan living & lots of natural light. The house includes features such as natural coursed stone, bi-folding doors, a large garden, a large kitchen/living space, large double bedrooms and bathrooms. The new dwelling has fit within local planning and building laws and created a family home that fits well within the plot of land.
